Our shop had a great turn out for entries into this year’s San Diego Fair 2013. We had 7 entries, and 6 of them won recognition. We saw two first place winners, two second place winners, one third place winner and an honorable mention. The items entered were: Harold the Hare, an adorable knitted rabbit; a first-effort head band; a soft circular vest; a cute bunny baby blanket; cardigan made from sock yarn leftovers; a lovely multicolored shawl; and a complex redesigned entrelac jacket. Our youngest participant is 9 years old who entered the head band that won a first place. Congratulations to everyone who participated! Stop by the shop when you can to ooh and aww over the beautiful fair entries.
